statement
My inspiration comes
from the emotions evoked by the world around me.
I
have noticed that many of my works are anchored in my heart’s home,
Belgium,
where
I grew up and my mom and siblings still live.
“
Paint is my vocabulary and the canvas is my story.
I
don’t often end up where I planned to go but I always love
the
direction the painting takes me. “
My
preference is acrylic paint because I can quickly capture the moment.
My
drawings with pen are done in a minimalistic manner and my collages are very
colorful.
I
bring my creations from realism to abstract-realism.
This
is my mind’s art!
