The
images in this collection were all made at Mystic Seaport, The Museum of
America and the Sea. I enjoy exploring areas with a strong historical
component, as this gives an experience of how people lived and pursued their
lives at another time. I was fortunate to visit at the time that the whaling
ship Charles W Morgan was being renovated at the drydock. This ship was built
in 1841 and is now restored and available to visit.
